Cancelling a Fitnesspark membership: what the terms require
The movemi AG terms distinguish two cases. Memberships with monthly fees renew automatically and have to be cancelled in writing two months before the end of the contract term. Prepaid memberships end by themselves when the term expires, so no cancellation is needed. Memberships with a term shorter than a year, a one-month subscription for instance, cannot be cancelled under the terms: they run to the end.
Practically useful: under the terms movemi informs members three months before the contract end about the notice period and the automatic renewal.
