A-Post, B-Post, A-Post Plus and registered mail differ mainly in speed, tracking and price: B-Post is the cheapest (from CHF 2.49), A-Post is faster (from CHF 2.99), A-Post Plus (from CHF 5.49) adds tracking and registered mail (from CHF 8.99) adds proof with a signature. You choose the shipping method when you upload – no printer and no account.
How to choose the right shipping method
1. Upload the document
Upload your PDF or write the letter in the editor and enter the address.
2. Choose shipping
Compare B-Post, A-Post, A-Post Plus and registered mail and pick the right option.
3. Hand-over to post
We print, envelope and hand your letter to Swiss Post in the shipping method you chose.

What is the difference between A-Post and B-Post?
A-Post is carried with priority and usually delivered the next working day, B-Post a little slower. In return B-Post is cheaper. Swiss Post’s information is authoritative.
What does A-Post Plus add?
A-Post Plus is carried like A-Post but comes with a tracking number. It does not include a signature on delivery like registered mail.
When is registered mail worth it?
Registered mail (from CHF 8.99) is useful when you want to prove sending – for example for cancellations or time-critical documents. It is handed over against signature.
Can I choose the shipping method per letter?
Yes. You choose the shipping method at upload for each letter individually. The price is shown before payment.
What does the cheapest option cost?
Sending starts with B-Post from CHF 2.49 per letter, incl. printing, envelope and postage. Additional pages and the colour option are charged separately.
How long does a letter take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and Swiss Post’s information. A-Post is usually delivered the next working day, B-Post a little later. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
