Upload a recipient list (CSV or Excel) – or one PDF that goes to every recipient – and we print, envelope and hand all letters to Swiss Post – in one run. Bulk mail suits SMEs, associations and administrations and starts with a volume discount from CHF 2.39 per letter (B-Post Bulk). No printer of your own, no subscription, no password – an email confirmation is enough.
How to send bulk letters

Import your recipient list as CSV or build the serial letter in the batch editor.
2. Check preview & discount
Review the letters in the preview; the volume discount is calculated and shown automatically.
3. Send all at once
We print and envelope the whole series and hand it to Swiss Post.

Prices per letter
Single-letter prices per letter (1 page, grayscale). In a bulk send the progressive volume discount applies on top (B-Post Bulk from CHF 2.39):

- Included in the price: 1 page in grayscale, printing, envelope and postage
- Each additional page: + CHF 0.20
- Colour printing: + CHF 0.15 per page
Example: 3 pages in colour by A-Post = CHF 2.99 + 2 × 0.20 + 3 × 0.15 = CHF 3.84.
For PDF uploads we add a page with the recipient’s address in front. It counts as a page: a 1-page PDF costs the same as a 2-page letter.

How does bulk sending work?

Cheaper from 10 letters, e.g. 100 letters by B-Post: CHF 2.23 instead of CHF 2.49 per letter. With B-Post Bulk, prices start from CHF 2.39 per letter.
What file format do I need?
For personalised serial letters, import a CSV or Excel file with recipient data and variables. Alternatively, upload one finished PDF, which is sent with a cover page to every recipient on the list.
Can I get an invoice as a club or SME?
You receive a receipt by email for every payment; your sends are also bundled automatically under your email address in the order overview. We’re happy to answer billing questions by email.
Can I send the batch as registered mail?
Yes. As with a single letter you can choose B-Post, A-Post, A-Post Plus and registered. The shipping method applies to the whole batch.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Processing takes place in Switzerland with encrypted transfer. We do not analyse the content of your documents.
