Bulk mail suits SMEs, associations and administrations and starts with a volume discount from CHF 2.39 per letter (B-Post Bulk). No printer of your own, no subscription, pay as a guest or via your account.
How to send bulk letters

2. Check preview & discount
Review the letters in the preview; the volume discount is calculated and shown automatically.
3. Send all at once
We print and envelope the whole series and hand it to Swiss Post.

Prices per letter
Single-letter prices per letter (1 page, grayscale). In a bulk send the progressive volume discount applies on top (B-Post Bulk from CHF 2.39):

How does bulk sending work?

What file format do I need?
For personalised serial letters, import a CSV with recipient data and variables. Alternatively, upload several ready PDFs for a batch send.
Can I get an invoice as a club or SME?
Sending is possible as a guest; with an account your sends and receipts are bundled. We’re happy to answer billing questions by email.
Can I send the batch as registered mail?
Yes. As with a single letter you can choose B-Post, A-Post, A-Post Plus and registered – even mixed per recipient.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Processing takes place in Switzerland with encrypted transfer. We do not analyse the content of your documents.
