How to send invoices by post
1. Upload the invoice
Upload your invoice (A4 PDF, incl. QR invoice) and enter the recipient’s address.
2. Check the preview
Review the address and QR area in the preview before you pay.
3. Send via post
We print and envelope it; hand-over to Swiss Post is automatic.

Can I send a QR invoice by post?
Yes. You upload the invoice as an A4 PDF including the QR invoice. We print it so the QR area stays readable and hand the letter to Swiss Post.
Do I need an account as an SME?
No. Sending works as a guest. With an account your invoice sends and receipts are bundled in one place.
What does invoice mailing cost?
A single invoice starts from CHF 2.49 per letter, incl. printing, envelope and postage. For multiple invoices the discount applies from CHF 2.39 per letter.
Can I send many invoices at once?
Yes. Via the bulk send you upload several invoices or a CSV list and send them bundled with a volume discount.
Can I send an invoice as registered mail?
Yes. Besides A- and B-Post you can choose A-Post Plus and registered – for example for reminders where you want to prove sending.
Is my invoice data kept confidential?
Yes. Processing takes place in Switzerland with encrypted transfer; we do not analyse the content of your documents.
