How to send a PDF by post
1. Upload the PDF
Drop your A4 PDF and enter the recipient’s address.
2. Check the preview
Review the address, cover page and pages before you pay.
3. Send via post
We print and envelope it; hand-over to Swiss Post is automatic.

Can I send a PDF as a letter without a printer?
Yes. You upload the PDF, we handle printing and enveloping and hand the letter to Swiss Post. No printer of your own is needed.
Do I need an account?
No. Sending works as a guest, without registration. You pay directly and get the confirmation by email.
What PDF requirements apply?
The PDF should be A4, contain at most 119 pages and be no larger than 7.5 MB.
What is the cover page?
We automatically create a cover page with the recipient address in the envelope window and place your PDF behind it, so Swiss Post can deliver correctly.
Can I print in colour?
Yes. You choose grayscale or colour. In colour, each additional page costs +CHF 0.35 instead of +CHF 0.20.
How do I pay?
Payment is secure via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT.

Can I send the PDF as registered mail?
Yes. Besides A- and B-Post, registered mail (from CHF 8.99) with tracking is available – useful for cancellations, for example.
