Registered mail vs A-Post Plus: what’s the difference?

Registered mail (from CHF 8.99) is delivered only against a confirmation of receipt and gives proof of posting – important for time-critical letters such as cancellations. Registered mail and A-Post Plus compared
Both methods offer tracking but differ in delivery and proof. A-Post Plus is delivered to the mailbox like normal A-Post and can be tracked online. Registered mail is delivered only against a confirmation of receipt – depending on the recipient by signature, electronically or with a delivery authorisation; if nobody is reached, a collection notice is left.
